My path led me from school to the kitchen – from teacher to passionate cook and chocolate artist.
I always wanted to create a place where creativity, enjoyment and encounters come together. In my workshops, I combine precisely that: craftsmanship, joy in doing and the magic of shared experiences.
For me, cooking is more than just a craft – it is my language for inspiring people, bringing joy and telling stories.
Every praline, every Mozartkugel, every dessert carries a piece of dedication and attention to detail.

My Philosophy

For me, cooking means living with all my senses.

Honest ingredients, time and loving craftsmanship make every dish something special – and that’s exactly what I want to pass on. My philosophy is to keep traditional Austrian cuisine alive and combine it with modern creativity. In my workshops in Salzburg, I demonstrate how fulfilling it is to create something yourself, to laugh, to try things out – and, in the end, to proudly hold your own work in your hands.
Because true joy arises when you put your heart and soul into creating something that you can share with others.
