Hello and welcome! I am Conny originally a teacher, cook and mother of a wonderful daughter. I always dreamed of beeing self-imployed, so I could bring creativity and the spirit of delicious food into the world!
For me, cooking is much more than just a hobby—it's my way of expressing creativity and sharing joy. Whether in the kitchen or the classroom, I love sharing knowledge and inspiring people. My philosophy
My philosophy is to showcase traditional Austrian cuisine and offer our customers a unique cultural experience. I want to pass on the art of cooking and baking and preserve the traditions of our region.
What can customers expect from a workshop?
Customers can expect a unique experience from a workshop at Mozart Chocolate- Corenelia Straub Teaching. They'll learn how to make Mozartkugeln or a traditional Austrian dish themselves, learn about the history of chocolate and the Austrain cuisine, and enjoy the delicious results of their work.
